As a child, Winsome was as curious as any other kid about the most important room in the house - the kitchen. After all, this is the place where the delights of all children are kept or prepared. But surprisingly, munching on such delectable was not what attracted her, or perhaps, there was just not enough of it. Whatever the case, this young girl started on a self-taught cooking journey at the early age of 6. This was the path that led to several culinary achievements like winning gold and silver medals and numerous certificates of excellence in Jamaica's renowned Culinary Festival competitions year after year for her brilliant and original recipes. From hors d'oeurves to three-course meals, delicious desserts and baked delights, Winsome mastered them all.
